We regularly carry out an individual evaluation of the performance of each employee throughout the EULEN Group in order to identify those who demonstrate high levels of performance and/or development potential.

Employee training

The EULEN Group considers training to be one of the pillars on which its business model is based. Throughout our career in the company, our professional development is defined by the different training programmes that the company makes available to us.

  • Training itineraries

Before joining, in order to be selected:

Young graduate programmes: 5 weeks of internship to get to know the company in depth, followed by 9 weeks of training rotating through the different departments of the company.

  • New recruits:

Initial training to get to know in depth not only the department we are joining, but also the rest of the company’s departments.

  • Development and evolution in the company:

Programmes by position: Supervision School, Service Management Programme, Commercial Programme, Manager Development Programme …. All of them have a place for professionals who are currently developing the position and all those who are preparing for the future.

  • Technical specialisation:

We have a training catalogue with more than 300 training actions according to their speciality, in different training formats: classroom, on line, video, cd, in the workplace, professional schools… Adapting not only to the knowledge but also to the most suitable format for our professionals.

Our commitment to society

We understand social action as the dedication of business resources to socio-economic development projects that support disadvantaged groups, mainly in the areas of social services, health, education, vocational training and employment.

In this way, our social actions are aimed at favouring these groups, helping them to integrate into society:

  • More than 1,500 people with physical and intellectual disabilities on our staff.
  • More than 2,600 immigrants on staff.
  • More than 1,000 employees from groups at risk of social exclusion.
  • Volunteer programme.
  • We offer you the possibility of giving training to disadvantaged groups, the workshops are given during working hours.

The subjects taught, which are prepared by the employees themselves, are classified into different modules such as self-motivation, the selection interview, group dynamics, the secret of success, financial education, legal education and computer education.

Reconciliation policy

  • Compressed working day

Every Friday during the winter working day and during the summer period from 21 June to 10 September, inclusive, you will enjoy the compressed working day, which consists of a continuous working day, mainly in the morning, allowing you to enjoy the afternoons and make your working life compatible with your personal and family life.

  • Flexible working day

Employees can manage their own time in and out of work, organising their timetable in the way that best suits them and being able to reconcile it with their personal and family life.

The flexible working hours must always respect the compulsory working time slots and must also be taken in compliance with the full daily working day, as established and published annually in the company’s work calendar.

  • Sabbatical period

Understood as the possibility for any employee of the Group’s structure to enjoy a sabbatical period, to be able to devote it to whatever he/she deems appropriate (family, training, travel, etc.).

  • Temporary reduction of working hours

You may request a reduction in your working hours for a specific period of time in order to facilitate the reconciliation of your work with any aspect of your personal life.

  • Acquisition (purchase) of additional holiday days

You can request “extra” holiday days to be added to your annual leave.

  • Flexible Remuneration

We have implemented a Flexible Remuneration Plan (FRP) that allows us to replace cash salary with the contracting of some products and/or services that have an advantageous tax treatment.
