To achieve this, we have a specific department that manages all our R&D+i projects and whose mission is the continuous evolution of the organization’s productivity and competitiveness levels and each of the activities carried out.
The study of the Science of Services and the development of Service Engineering as a technical discipline allow us to move towards new more effective concepts that look in several converging directions:
- Sales lines as sources of growth.
- Marketing channels: development of commercial strength in large concentrations of customers and regions, and the search for new marketing models.
- Markets, large companies, SMEs, microenterprises and individuals as possible consumers of our activity.
Identifying new services, constructing plans for the development of new business lines and incorporating the latest technologies available on the market are our main allies in moving towards innovation.
DESIGNED SERVICES
Innovation and technology– engines for growth
Grupo EULEN proposes service models with a high added value specifically created to provide more effective, high-quality useful solutions to your company or institution. These are called Designed Services.
These new solutions have been developed from the perspectives of the customer, the user and of the company providing the services itself.
To develop them, we use in-house methodologies and tools designed by Grupo EULEN’s own R&D+i department, including its representation of services model (MRS), its analytical study (DSP) and the design workshops. All services are carried out by highly-qualified specialists in the area of activity.
The current main drivers of innovation at Grupo EULEN are identifying new services with potential, their design and their comprehensive technological integration, always with the aim of offering only the best to our customers.
