The selection processes at Grupo EULEN may vary depending on the position, industry, type of workplace, country, specific projects, or if the incorporation is to the Grupo EULEN structure. However, in all cases, we will need you to register on our Employment Portals for each of our countries, filling out the information and questionnaires that we will send to get to know you better before moving forward in the process.

If the job requirements match your profile, we will contact you to assess your interest in the position and answer any questions you may have about the offer.

If both parties agree, we will proceed to evaluate your talents, skills, and previous experience in more detail. We may invite you to take a specific test or conduct a video interview beforehand, but in any case, you will have an in-depth interview with a recruitment specialist and/or with the person responsible for the service, project, or workplace you will join.

Commitment to society

At Grupo EULEN, we are firmly committed to the development of social initiatives that help to positively influence the development of the environment and communities. We are very aware of our role as an employer and we see it as an opportunity to contribute to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

The community investment model revolves around three lines of action on which we focus our efforts:

  • Job placement and training for people at risk of exclusion,
  • Support for families, children, the elderly and vulnerable groups, and lastly,
  • Promotion of culture, education, sports and environmental protection.

Our investment in the community exceeded 828,000 euros in 2021. We developed 447 social initiatives and collaborated with 351 organizations or associations with social purposes.

We assume a solid culture of compliance and business ethics, being the identification and prevention of risks associated with possible situations of human rights violations, corruption, bribery or money laundering, a matter of vital importance for the company. We have internal control mechanisms and mandatory communication and training channels, such as our code of ethics, our crime and criminal risk prevention system, or the ethics committee, among others.

First of all, we want to thank you for wanting to work with us, we feel very fortunate. First of all, we encourage you to access our Grupo EULEN Employment Portal and create a new user, from that moment you can consult the active offers and register for the one that best suits your profile and needs.

How many active job offers are there in the job portal?
The number of offers changes according to the day, there are usually 500 new offers per day. We encourage you to log in daily if you are looking for a job and from your user to generate “alerts” to be informed of all the new offers that we upload to the platform.

Where can I send my CV to work at EULEN? Can I send my CV by mail or through social networks?
We are sorry, but due to the RGPD (General Data Protection Regulation) we cannot receive any document with personal data without having previously accepted our Data Protection policy. Therefore, the only way to send us your CV and register for job offers is through our Job Portal or other official and collaborating job portals.

What is the selection process like?
Apply for the job offer that interests you, our HR selection department will contact you if you are selected as a candidate and begin the process of conducting interviews or online tests or the corresponding office.

Should I register on the EULEN Employment Portal even if I can't find any job offers that fit my profile or needs right now?
Yes, we encourage you to apply, as registered candidates automatically become part of our database, which is reviewed by our selection team when new job offers arise. However, we recommend that you apply whenever you see an offer that interests you.

What does it mean when an offer is expired?
You may see offers in “Expired” status, which means that the offer does not accept any more applications; however, the company can continue with the selection process with the applicant profiles.

How can I unsubscribe from the job portal?
We can unsubscribe you, for this we need you to send us by email the following information: Name, Surname, ID card number or supporting document and email with which you are registered to [email protected]. We need this information to identify you unequivocally. The deregistration means the physical deletion of the data and once it is done, these data cannot be recovered.
