We are constantly thinking about our employees’ interests based on the needs of the Group when covering new posts or positions anywhere in the world in which we operate.

Acción social y voluntariado

OUR COMMITMENT TO SOCIETY

Our understanding of the term “social action” is based on devoting company resources to socioeconomic development initiatives that support disadvantaged groups, mainly in the fields of social services, health, education, professional training and employment.

Our social actions are therefore aimed at promoting these groups by helping them become part of society through employment.

Our social action includes the following examples:

  • More than 1,500 people with physical or intellectual disabilities on our staff.
  • More than 2,600 immigrants on our staff.
  • More than 1,000 employees from groups at risk of social exclusion.

Volunteer Program.

We give you the option of providing training to disadvantaged groups and workshops are carried out during working hours.

The subjects taught, which will be prepared by employees, are grouped into different modules, including self-motivation, job interviews, group dynamics, the secrets of success, financial education, legal education and IT education.
