EULEN’s consultants are trained and experienced professionals in employment management who analyze the needs and areas for action in the short, medium and long-term. They also establish processes that add value to the management of employment within the customer’s company, defining improvement actions and accompanying the employee and the company during the whole process. At EULEN we have a double commitment: on the one hand helping unemployed people to find a job that is appropriate to their professional career, and on the other hand, enabling companies and organizations to recruit workers that meet¬ their requirements and needs.
