This verification includes both the operational processes and the regulations for the personnel providing the service, in compliance with the stipulations included in the Official State Gazette of 9 May, guidelines published by the Ministry of Tourism, drawn up by the ICTE (Institute for Spanish Tourism Quality) and the specifications included in the UNE 0066-2 standard of May 2020 on “Measures for the reduction of SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus infection”.
